Thank you for your feedback and suggestion Zishan. You are absolutely right that integration and alignment are key to allow several teams to effectively work together–just like giving each team enough autonomy to do their work. I address these issues in my tips 5, 6, 7, and 9, as I believe that team set up and shared product ownership are particularly important to balance alignment and autonomy. I also believe ALIGNMENT is a key scaling success factor because it is solely not about volumes BUT quality as well.
Scaling = volume(more product people) x quality (alignment in values and objectif).

I’ve seen as a product lead toxicity growing as a function of scaling, f(toxicity)=xScaling

Should include in your top 10 product scaling practices 🙂
