I’ve seen some programs (multiple product teams) using a roadmap to reflect the strategy and to communicate where the product is going, where high-level dates are used (months / quarters) and then for the tactical work, a release plan with the dates that are important (milestones / due dates) that must be achieved.
Do you think decoupling strategy from tactic work in this way could be helpful?
