Thanks for sharing your question Billie. If you want to grow revenue by managing advertiser relationships then I recommend working the the individuals in charge of the products that display the ads and contribute to their visions and strategies. It does not make sense in my mind to create a product strategy if you don’t manage a product. Hope this helps!

For example, what if you are a product manager for the revenue team? Your responsibility is to help grow revenue by managing advertiser relationships. I am having a hard time coming up with a vision and product strategy that is not generic or vague.
